Assist Sales Section Head in implementing the department's objectives, strategies and control customers' performance.
Develop new customers, new markets and new products and maintain company's market reputation.
Follow up and coordinate with internal parties to ensure customers' quality standard has been achieved.
Ensure customers' collection is on time and follow up on the payment collection.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal parties for problem solving and decision making.
Prepare quotation to customers, sales forecast, stock monitoring and collection of market information as and when required.
Candidates must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
1-2 years of working experience in related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, resourceful and diligent.
Some outstation travel is required (Johor and Penang)
