1. Achieve Sales Target
Achieve given sales target. Activities may include among others the following:-
• Processing TPUB-I applications – submission, approvals & disbursement
• Assist in executing effective marketing calls and follow-up to cover all the relevant and key private sectors, stakeholders and interest group (target market).
• Maintain effective collaborations and continues dialogue with the targeted market segment.
• Ensure relationship receive ongoing attention, as required to maintain, improve, grow and retain the relationship.
2. Follow up for Documents for Branch Processing and track leads until approval (other Bumi Centric Products)
• Follow up and provide advisory to clients where required in their preparations of documents for applications, forward the application to relevant Branch for processing.
• Assist to track the leads until approval stage and help where necessary to speed up TAT or solve obstacles.
3. Product Briefing and Training, Business Support and Advisory
• Network and educate the target markets via seminars, brochures, Taklimat Usahawan, social medias, publications etc.
• Actively seeks branches, customers and market feedback on the Corporation’s products and service delivery to maintain quality products offerings and service delivery.
4. Safeguard the Corporation’s assets
• Ensure strict compliance and monitoring in accordance with the Corporation’s and regulatory standards, including improvement in process flow where necessary.
• Assume any other related task assigned by seniors or the management from time to time.
Minimum a Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related working experience, preferably applicants specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent. Fresh graduate or candidate with some knowledge in credit and sales are also encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge in credit management, operational process and general issue related to SME development is an advantage.
Excellent communication, writing & presentation skills, interpersonal & negotiation skills, team player, analytical thinking as well as result oriented.
Computer literate and have flair for sales.
