Distributors’ inventory level monitoring.
SOP reinforcement project.
Consolidate, analyze and develop the monthly demand forecast and establish long-term projection of the total Sales forecast (ambient and chilled products) for supply chain requirements and profitability projections.
Facilitate monthly consensus meeting with Sales, Brand & Channel Marketing to reconcile demand forecast variances and recommend adjustments for operational forecasts to reflect updated sales & marketing promotional assumptions.
Provide input to the Supply Planning team in managing inventory and production needs on existing SKUs, new products and rationalization of SKUs.
Provide input to the warehouse and logistic team to maximize sales shipment deliveries and minimize recurrence of aging stocks.
Assist in the yearly Sales Budget and process (in volume and NSR)
Review historical sales trends, sales & marketing plans, company financial budget, research demand drivers, prepares forecast data and develops statistical forecast models
Use & maintain the S&OP software as the primary forecasting system tool.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent.
Min 3 years and above of relevant working experience in Finance/Accountancy and with experience in FMCG industries.
Proficiency in statistics, forecasting methods with an understanding of their operational and financial impacts.
Knowledge in SAP or demand planning software.
Knowledge in sales analysis tools.
Strong MS Excel & MS Power Point, analytical, organizational & problems solving skills.
Good interpersonal skill is essential to effectively interact with all working teams.
Good facilitation & communication skills required.
Good presentation skill is preferred.
