Prepare sales quotations for different markets
Prepare custom made holiday packages/ itinerary (Inbound & Outbound)
Liaising with travel agents and suppliers/hotels through emails and phone calls
Managing hotel reservations through our B2B & B2C system
Provide customer liaison support on confirmed bookings such as driver details, special request, room upgrade, refund, etc.
Respond to urgent matters reported by travel agents and suppliers
Other administrative and operational duties assigned by superior
Training and Computer will be provided

Able to establish operation skills within short period of time.

Language: Fluent in English and Malay
Motivation: Eager to learn new knowledge in service and tourism industry hardworking and self-motivated, able to multi task
IT: Able use software such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Communication: Able to converse well i.e. polite, tactful, relaying clear instructions, obtaining precise information, etc
Transport: Have own transportation is an advantage
Nationality: Malaysian only
