Optimize Sales & Services
Develop new and existing accounts and monitor their production.
Monitor sales performance and production of subordinate sales personnel.
Develop and maintain a consistent and high standard Resort image.
Obtain market information in relation to competitors, market trend, comments and lead.
Attend to sales mission or sales call.
Ensure Delivery of Service to Attain Customer Satisfaction
Specify tasks for related departments and subordinates for follow up.
Monitor the process of delivery of services.
Attend resort inspection and familiarization tour for potential business.
Attend to immediate guest needs and complaints.
Contribute to the Development of Effective Marketing Strategies
Identify target population and their requirement.
Liaise with Singapore Sales Office and Inter-Property Sales on business.
Analyze strategies and performance of competitor hotels/Resorts and propose counteract strategies.
Develop effective relationships with personnel in all relevant promotional media, such as Government agencies, etc.
Contribute to Overall Efficiency of the Department
Provide on-the-job training to staff.
Appraise staff performance.
Resolve problems referred.
Perform other duties as and when required by the Management from time to time.
Minimum 5 years hotel/resort sales experience with at least 2 years at similar position. Good connection with clients and media.
