Able to plan, organise and coordinate the plan to establish National Human Resource Institute (NHRI) in collaboration with the tripatite members; Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysian Employer Federation and Malaysian Trade Union Congress by engaging with the associations, Industries, Professional bodies, acedemia and other relevant stakeholders.
Review and update the existing National Human Resource Standard (NHRS) Body of Knowledge (BoK) by incorporating the necessary competencies based on the current trends and jobs requirement.
Creating the Governance structure and setup of NHRI as a Certification Body through the appointment of Panel and Subject Matter Experts such as the Council Members, Certification & Professional Committee; and Technical Experts, Qualification, Terms of Reference committee.
Plan, organise and coordinate the daily functions of the promary website of the National Human Resource Cebtre (NHRC) and maintain knowledge of best online user experience trends and innovations to enhance the quality of SMEs to a higher level of competency and capability in Human Resource Management.
Maintain Responsive design and site content so the site and its products are always updated and readily made available to the users.
Engaginig with the clients via email, calls and walk-in by providing timely HR SOlutions and best practices which is integral to the business.
Evaluate the external consultants and review the HR solution content to ensure effective and quality consultancy services to SMEs.
Work closely with designated authorities and stakeholders in the design and delivery of strategic HR-related products and services to ensure adherence and compliance to HR acts and regulations, and the industry needs.
Coordinate and implement multiple programmes and/or projects, adhering to work requirements and procedures to meet expected quality in a timely manner and within budget.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.

At least 5 - 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
