Handling all administrative matters of the company.
Monitoring annual leave and medical leave for all employee for record purpose.
Creating, maintaining, and handling confidential documents, correspondence, records and organise filing for smooth data retrieving.
Manage all staff matters, benefits, leave and welfare.
Maintain office cleanliness, equipment and premises etc.
Maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
Manage Payroll, Expenses, SOCSO, SIP, PCB and Inland Revenue Board for Company Tax
Maintain company's records & data and proper filing.
Responsible for handling basic accounting matters
Preparation and Track day to day transaction Invoice, Payment Voucher, etc
Able to use basic EMAS Accounting software
Manage and maintain all records on accounts.
Liaise with auditor, accountant, company secretary and relevant government authorities.
Attend to the daily collection.
Liaise with suppliers and service providers.
At least min 2 years experience in the related field
Preferably Mandarin Speaker (dealing with China buyer/supplier)
Possess high integrity and values in work ethics and able to do multi-tasking.
Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker, company secretary and relevant government authorities.
Able to work independently and under pressure while completing all tasks within timeline.
To carry out any others duties as and when instructed by the management from time to time.
Ability to handle stress and work extra hours if necessary
Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication
Must be able to work independently with good problem skills
An ability to multi-task and an eye for details.
Aggressive and self-motivated
Must poses own transportation and be willing to travel (outstation/overseas)
