1.Liaise with sales personnel on daily sales order & deliveries arrangement.
2.Attend to Customer daily inquiries on shipments and products
3.Monitor customer's outstanding credit status.
4.Follow up collection for existing customer and update collection report.
5.Proceed new order from the customer, coordinate with Planner for delivery schedule.
6.Co-ordinate closely with production planner on new and existing order delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
7.Ensure logistics are well planned to meet goods delivery
8.Ensure all orders processing are handled efficiently and effectively to satisfy all customers requirement.
9.Follow up with main customer for any possible new order from time to time and update the international customers on the status of their on-going order from shipping details up to delivery of shipping&document
10.Gather and report freight current information to Senior Customer Service Executive from time to time.
11.Carry any others administrative task as directed by superior.
12.Sample preparation requested by customer/ marketing team (if any).
13.Ensure ISO Procedures are followed.
14.Prepare weekly sales & collection report
15.Survey quotation with supplier if any related transport, lorry maintenance & etc.
16.Assist Senior Customer Service Executive on completed filing for export and import shipment
17.Prepare monthly collection report for monthly review
18.Set monthly collection target
19.Follow up on Customer Satisfaction Survey form
20.Renew the third party test report for certain product according to customer's requirement.
1. 1 year experience in related field
2. Able to work independently and good communication skill
3. Shipping procedures and documentation skill
4. Computer literate in Microsoft office
5. Able to speak English, Malay, Mandarin
