Provide and supervise your staff to provide a high level of customer service to clients in your retail outlet
Ensure a high level of customer relationship management in accordance with the company's standard practice
Upkeep and supervise your staff to upkeep the image of the retail store to the standard set by management
Play a lead role to ensure the achievement of your outlet's monthly sales target
Supervise and responsible for all other operational matters required in the smooth and efficient running of the retail store according to the company's SOP and guidelines
Minimum 2 years of retail or service experience preferably in the beauty industry
Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
Strong sense of responsibility & pro-activeness
Highly self- motivated and hungry for success
Good selling & customer service skills
Required skill(s): Basic computer skills including MS Excel
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Clear complexion, pleasant disposition, beauty care knowledge.
