To make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products.
To explain the benefits of company products.
To assist in scheduling appointments for the Manager to execute or close deal with the prospects.
To follow up with the prospects before the appointment through an e-mail and phone call.
Follow up with the prospects who couldn’t/didn’t attend the appointment and try to reschedule them for future appointment.
Ensure sales objectives and targets are achieved in a timely manner.
Submit reports on weekly basis to the respective Manager
Preparing proposals and updating customer database.
Must be able to converse well in English and Malay
Able to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage
Able to work independently
Well verse in computer literacy (Microsoft office; Word, Excel etc.,)
Excellent sales skills (such as communication, negotiation, persuasion and consultation)
Confident individual with excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task activities
