1) Assist Operation Manager and Finance Manager on administrative work load
2) Assist in general typing, filing, photocopying, sending faxes and other clerical works related to the department.
3) Record and compile data tabulation.
4) Assist in handle calls & email messages
5) To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
6) Assist in monitoring office cleanliness and company dispatch.
7) Training will be provided on-the-job basis
8) Full-time Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6pm office hours
For Diploma holder or above
