1. Perform administrative and office support for Division :
i. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Division.
ii. Prepare and process certificate for each programmes.
iii. Prepare and request program/travel budget required by team members.
iv. Assist in promoting programs through public event initiatives conducted internally and ministry level.
2. Perform administrative and office support for Division:
i. To compile and control all documents related to Division programme.
ii. To assist Division members and associates in preparing documentation for issuing invoice.
iii. To assist Division members for travelling purposes including travel form, materials/module.
iv. Record and keep all contact information
v. Administer the division’s credit card - to submit all documents to Finance
vi. Manage division 5S activity
vii. Manage division calendar
viii. Arrange division meeting internally/externally
ix. Ensure all documentation are correctly filed and stored as per procedure
1. Degree or Diploma Holder
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative works
