Manage the day-to-day operation of the office which includes administration, human resources and finance.
Handle overall operation and management of the office, which includes personnel management.
Plan and manage budget and expenditures of the office according to the annual activities.
Provide secretarial support to the office and prepare periodic reports.
Handle correspondence and inquiries.
Write minutes and reports as well as manage filing and records.
Qualification and Skills:
Credit in SPM for Malay and English language and Mathematics.
Degree in Finance or Business Administration or Human Resources.
At least 3 years of work experience in office management.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malay language both oral and writing.
High competency in using computer, Microsoft office software and internet tools.
Has demonstrated leadership skills and people management skills.
