Support and troubleshoot ERP Modules
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions that support day to day solutions
Identify opportunities for system enhancements that will deliver enhanced functionality and/or simplify system administration.
Facilitate and develop plans for application changes
Configure and test changes to system including reports, security access, and workflow
Perform/coordinate configuration changes to the production environment.
Act as single point of contact with our vendors for the resolution of functionality and performance issues.
Resolve functional and system errors
Work with other IT teams to resolve infrastructure related problems (i.e. Server, Network, Database) where appropriate.
Plan, develop and implement large-scale projects from conception to completion.
Support and resolve incidents within the service target agreed with the Business
Ensure all incidents are managed end-to-end to resolution with the appropriate resource, whether vendor or in-house
Conduct second-level support
Conduct impact analysis
Work closely with Infrastructure, Business Partners and Vendor to ensure proper deployment of the MS Dynamic/NAV environment
Support the preparation of KPIs to report on Service Delivery performance
Governance and Systems
Liaise with Finance teams on control related queries
Support countries to conduct periodic review of application users
Track system usage and make recommendations for improvement
Data extraction and transformation.
Develop and implement corporate information systems and business support application.
Develop and deploy customized report layout.
Prepare business requirement documents, user manuals, test scripts, and other technical documentations.
Provide user training and technical support to end users.
Minimum Degree in Computer Science / Computer Studies with 2 years working experience to support of MS Dynamics NAV 2009/2016 application (end user or vendor environment)
