1. Manage online and digital marketing programs for the company.
2. Promotion and advertisement of the products through social media and other digital marketing medium.
3. Do content writing and story telling of the products
4. Customer service activities. Eg: attend the queries, orders, payment, product delivery, complaints and etc.
5. Inventory / stock management including dealing with the manufacturers to replenish stock and inventory audit to ensure accountability.
1. Familiar / in depth knowledge in digital / online marketing
2. Good looking, presentable, positive attitude, good PR skill, team player and good communication in Malay and English.
