Location: Klang Valley/ Johor/ Melaka/ Negeri Sembilan
1 Year contract (renewable)
1. Present and sell products to all walk-ins, handles payment, service inquiries and complaints.
2. Responsible for customer information, monetary transactions and company assets (handsets, accessories, SIM card, cash floats) to be documented accurately and on-time so that there is no lost, fraud or abuse.
3. Responsible for marketing campaigns (e.g. rate plans, contracts and handset packages), systems, processes and technology content / displays and self-help kiosk.
4. Ensure all property are properly maintained (laptops, handsets, furniture, kiosks, touchscreens)
5. Proactively strives to achieve KPIs
1. Minimum SPM (Passed)
2. Minimum 2-4 years experience in sales/retail industry
3. Proficient in English, Malay & Mandarin
4. Able to work in shifts, weekend and public holidays
5. Malaysian Applicants only
6. Open to fresh graduate
7. Passion for sales and customer service
