1 Year contract (Renewable)
Location: Shah Alam
1. Interact with customers through calls, live chat, social media or E-mail.
2. Ensure individual/team KPIs are met / achieved consistently.
3. Educate customers about products and services
4. Attend to all customer’s enquiries, problems, and complaints
5. Attend all required and necessary meetings and training sessions arranged by the company
5. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management, whenever required.
1. Min SPM qualification
2. 1 -2 years working experience
3. Fluent in English and Malay
4. Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holiday
5. A fast learner on product knowledge and computer/telephony systems.
6. High in energy and loves communicating and solving customers issues
