1.University Degree – Graduate in Linguistics
2.Language proficiency with reading, written and verbal expertise in the specific language being selected for. Also needs to be fluent in English.
3.Must possess cultural affinity on the specific language being hired, Must be a Native of Target language country & living in the target market for the past 5 years. Has good understanding of one or more regional dialects. Understanding the target language locale is good to have. Ability to type in your native language on a US keyboard. An excellent and up-to-date understanding of your language, its usage and regional conventions. Thus Native-language speakers are required. 4.Develop linguistic standards, create/refine process guidelines provide cultural competency
5.Basic level computer handling skills along with a typing speed of 25-30 words per minute is required.
6.Excellent in verbal & written communication with strong sense of logical reasoning with decision making.
7.Advanced English skills (write, read & speak) – Taken English test (TOEIC/TOEFL/ESL/EFL) & scores must be 800 & above
