1) Manage and oversee the entire production processes; from incoming of materials to storage of finished goods at warehouse.
2) Lead and supervise production floor employees
3) Lead and manage food safety/ quality management system at production floor; e.g. GMP, HACCP, Food Hygiene Regulations etc
4) Sourcing and maintenance of machinery and equipment for production processes.
1) At least 5 years experience in F&B production (candidate with experience in RTD raw/cold-pressed juice production will be given priority)
2) Must have knowledge in GMP, HACCP, Food Hygiene Regulations, Halal and/or ISO 22000
3) Experience in leading production team
4) Experience in setting up new production floor and processes
