Reviews understand and support in the fulfillment and recruitment needs of each department.
Work closely with Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure the recruitment
timelines are met.
Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media.
Coordination of interviews (face to face / phone).
Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks.
Diploma in Human Resource or any relevant field.
Fresh graduates with enthusiasm in general administration are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, on boarding, training and compensation).
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Hands-on experience with MS Office; experience of any Payroll System is a plus.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Able to communicate effectively, self-driven with work responsibilities, and exude positivity
Able to work with minimal supervision
