*to handle day-to-day accounting duties
*to perform monthly closing on a timely manner;
*to maintain proper internal control system including credit control and payables;
*to handle all matters in relation to HR payment such as payroll, EPF, Socso, tax, insurance, claims etc.
*Upkeep of company's employee handbook and ensure compliance to the latest Employment Act and industry practice;
*to handle office administrative matters.
*Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's in Commerce, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent;
*Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in a similar capacity;
*Meticulous, high level of accuracy and integrity;
*Self motivated, good communication and organizational skills;
*Experience in SQL is an added advantage;
*Mature and able to handle confidential information.
