To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service
Disciplined tracking of all sales activities
Provide knowledge on financial planning and the importance of having takaful plan
Communicate with existing customers for repeat business and referrals
Liaise with customers on pre and post sales
Engage and interact with customer face to face
Attend and participate in all company event/ function / training
Prepare monthly and weekly reports for monitoring purposes
Promote Insurance Takaful services to the customers
Assist and advise customer to make informed decisions.
Insurance representatives advise on AIA products.
Candidate must possess at least SPM (with 5 credits) or Diploma or any Higher qualification.
At least 2 years working experience is required for this position Preferably in Salesperson/ Marketing experience candidate
Dynamic, adaptable and self-motivated to serve existing corporate clients & referrals
Discipline and have high commitment
Computer literate and numerate.
Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently
