-Assist lawyers in executing tasks
-Support our finance team on accounting matters
-Perform daily general and administrative duties
-Responsible for administrative support including data entry and monitor all relevant document required for the job.
-Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintain proper filing and record system.
-Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
-Manage full set of accounts
-Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting
-Prepare monthly management reports and financial results
-Responsible for budgetary controls, review forecast & projections
-Responsible for financial reporting, audit and tax submission
-Ensure monthly financial review and reporting within dateline
-Coordinate with banks on daily banking matters;
-Preparation of cash flow forecast and maintenance of bank balances.

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any fields or equivalent
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words
-Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
-At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
-Knowledge in SST, SQL Financial Accounting & computer literate in MS Office.
