- Performs administrative and clerical tasks.
-Completes and maintains a variety of reports and records as assigned.
- Assists with project communication and documentation regarding status of projects.
-Assists with the processing of payments and other financial tasks as necessary.
-Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
-Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
-Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
-Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
-Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
-Provide assistance and support to company personnel
-Performs other duties as assigned.
-Candidate must possess at least ----Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
