Manage and service existing accounts and maintain high levels of sales achievement for major accounts. Develop trust relationships with existing account and make sure that they do not turn to competition.
Understand and expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Develop business relationship with new accounts.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal team. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Monitor the account performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed.
Plan and execute key account promo activities, business review with retailers to increase sales exposure.
Update and sales progress, issue and business opportunity.
Monitor market trends and economic conditions to anticipate end-user preferences and behaviors.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates with the pleasant attitude are encouraged to apply too.
