We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable as well support on office administrative work.
Accounts responsibilities include:
1) Daily collection and payment reconcillation
2) Perform General Ledger book keeping, prepare managment and statutory reporting
3) Processing accounts payable transactions and payments, remittance transfers, staff claims and petty cash
4) Processing accounts receivable transactions
5) Any other related duties and when assigned by mgmt.
Administration responsibilities include:
1) Provide administrative support to office team members e.g. stationery, liasing with building mgmt, filling, travel desk
2) Support in preparing sales quotation during urgent case during absence of sales team
To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping. Also, those with administrative and sales support experience would be an added advantage
