Deal with hotels and vendors such as backdrop, printing and photographer
Basic administration work such as preparing invoices, receipts and conference confirmation letter
A background in retails, customer service, telesales and marketing
Excellent organisational skills, such as time and project management and prioritizing.
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Ability to manage personal workflow in order to meet deadlines.
Excellent computer skills especially in web research
