:: Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. for a World Leading international Airlines & giving efficient customer service.
:: Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
:: Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide
:: Assisting customer with making a reservation /modification /cancellation & Flight Information
:: Providing Excellent Customer Service
:: Should understand the business needs and work accordingly in the interest of the organization.
:: Act as a team player & co-ordinate with airlines, hotels and other partners to facilitate customer reservations
:: Total experience should be 0-4 years
:: Experience in Travel / Airlines industry / Contact Centre / BPO will be an added advantage
