To forecast, plan, coordinate and procure pharmaceuticals to meet the inventory requirements for regular and ad-hoc orders.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standard, lead time, prompt delivery and best prices.
Responsible for the continues improvement of procurement processes
Maintain good relationship with suppliers and service providers.
Learn the requirement of complying to Good Distribution Practice.
Update of shipment status.
Enter in coming shipment into system.
Manage of inbound logistic providers.
Coordinate and liaise with Custom officers/logistic service providers on clearance matters.
Update of Good Distribution Practice SOP when applicable.
Maintenance of item master.
Update of import permits related matters.
Willingness to multi-tasking and accept work that company may assign when necessary.
Degree in supply chain or procurement related field. Preferably executive specializing in logistics and supply chain/procurement with 2-3 years working experience.
Computer skills including the ability to operate word and excel and email at a highly proficient level .
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Effective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Able to plan and work independently.
Experience in procurement of pharmaceuticals will be an advantage
