Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to meet company and department objectives.
Lead Sales & Marketing Executives in implementing effective student recruitment and marketing strategy.
To perform school visit – visit counsellors to recommend them with the latest programmes, marketing activities and etc to recruit potential students
To support and assists Sales and Marketing Manager in planning marketing strategy to increase local students’ number.
Plan and execute marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness of the college.
To assist and organize events related to sales & marketing on campus in secondary schools or in public places which create awareness.
Representing the brand in road shows and events such as secondary school, education exhibitions, convention centre, hotels education fair etc.
To plan on participations of road shows venue.
Planning for Advertising and Promotion, including high school magazine.
Update the activities, events, promotion on social media, ex: Facebook.
Follow up with student recruitment agent.
To prepare monthly report to the Sales and Marketing Manager
Cold call to promote College’s products.
To provide the necessary consultation to the potential students and parents.
Attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk in appointments.
Orientation student handbook brief (if needed).
To perform any other duties as instructed by the management from time to time as at when required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in Student Enrollment or the Education field.
Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Self-discipline to work productively with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
