To plan and execute full spectrum of Sales and Marketing strategies to generate leads.
Mentor and lead the sales and marketing team to ensure that all targets are met to achieve company’s overall objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as student recruitment agents and secondary schools.
Develop and nurture relationships with school counselors and Alumni.
Exploring and implementing new marketing ideas (online & offline) to boost student recruitment numbers.
To actively plan and implement marketing ideas creatively to build brand awareness and increase local students’ number.
To provide innovative leadership in creating brand awareness and marketing strategy by organizing road shows and events such as secondary school, convention centre, hotel education fair etc.
To plan on participation of roadshows venue.
Planning for Advertising and Promotion, including high school magazine.
Responsible for producing valuable content and updating of the activities, events, promotion on social media such as Facebook.
Attend to queries through phone, email and walk-in appointments.
Cold call to promote College’s products.
Provide course consultation (counsel and advise) to parents for programs with the objective of successful enrollment.
Orientation student handbook brief (as and when necessary).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in Student Enrolment or the Education field.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in leading a team will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly committed to reach company’s target.
