To assist Admin Manager in providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operation of Company.
• Answering phone calls, take message or transfer calls to staff appropriately.
• Attending to mails and courier.
• To carry out and complete all office related typing and task assigned by superior; such as routine memos and other reports.
• Manage calendars and arrange appointments for customer and visitor
• Make travel arrangements for office personnel.
• Prepare and process, billing, basic bookkeeping and office document.
• Process and prepare documents such as business or government forms and expense report.
• Computer literate, well verse in MS Office
• Able to operate office machines, such photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
• Have a good communication skill, able to read and write in English and Bahasa.
• Nationality: Malaysian Citizen Only.
• Language Requirements: Bahasa Malaysia/English (additional languages will be a plus)
• Transportation: Own (will be compensated with mileage claims) or use of company vehicle, if available.
• Working Days: 5 days a week (approved working weekends, when required, shall be replaced as annual leave)
