Develops marketing strategies to achieve business goal - aligned with Sales Managers, Product Manager & branding strategy (Work across teams to create and execute campaigns that meet business objectives)
Develops marketing strategies to achieve Brand positioning- aligned with Build Optimised Marketing budget accordingly and control spending over the year.
Coordinates and ensures execution of all marketing strategies - in cooperation with Agencies. Sales and Purchasing which include planning, co-ordinating and executing events, road shows and launches.
Create programs and events to strength brands image. Coordinate branding activities with the various agencies.
Define and Development of communications materials including newsletters, brochures, flyers, invites and give- away materials- Create marketing collaterals in line with company's marketing initiatives that meets company's target market.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, strategies through various channels such as emails. social media and etc.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs and support collection of competitor information.
Create public relation campaign to strengthen the brand awareness and expand the market reach out.
Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Economics or related fields.
Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial position.
Candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate with strong critical thinking and analytical skill with market research background preferred.
Creative thinker and behaves like an entrepreneur.
A self-starter with strong belief in the team spirit.
