We are looking for a talented individual to join our Risk Management Team, a category defining Fintech startup that is backed by Tier-1 investors and partners.
The role will entail developing, assessment as well as the execution of various loan and trade financing underwriting procedures. Specifically:
+Conduct regular and timely credit review on portfolio for new and existing clients.
+Continuous portfolio monitoring in order to evaluate the quality and transparency of the underwriting practices, credit analysis and ratings
+Identification of credit exposures with potential credit weakness and any relevant trends that may affect timely repayment
+Identification of portfolio trends at the sector/industry level and provision of an objective assessment of the credit portfolio to senior management
+Work closely with Sales, Ops, Tech and other functions as necessary
+Assist in formulating findings and recommendations to improve credit risk management practices
+Masters Degree in Accountancy, Business and other related discipline
+2 years minimum in SME credit underwriting - preferred work ex in invoice/receivables financing.
+Fast learner with keen eyes for numbers
+Good oral and written communication skills
+Ability to handle a significant and diverse workload
+Capability to accept accountability and demonstrate initiative
+Self-driven and ability to work, think and make decisions independently
