Handles monthly payroll and yearly EA forms for employees by using payroll system;
Managing employee's database and staff movement including preparation of all HR corespondences;
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals;
Organizes corporate events such as company’s annual dinner, company trip, sport games and etc;
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations;
Supervises and conducts all administration matters pertaining to the HR function, including but not limited to just confidential employee information;
Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to Human Resource administration activities;
Ensure full compliance to ISO 9001 & 45001 requirements;
Perform any other duties and assignments that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
Applicant must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong Industrial Park, Shah Alam;
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office;
Good command in both written and spoken English and Malay;
Able to write and speak Mandarin will be an added advantage;
Knowledge in UBS Payroll will be added advantage;
