What is your role about?
Your are responsible for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, payroll and employee counseling.
You will be need to ensure effective day-to-day operation in terms of office maintenance, facilities, safety and security.
Administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
Promoting equality and company values as part of the cultures of the organisation
Participates in developing departmental goals, objectives and system
Prepares and maintains report that are necessary to carry out the functions of the people development department
Work closely with departments and assisting to implement policies and procedures
Assists with the development and implementation policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management
Maintain all the files and records accordingly
Participates on various committee to provide HR support and to monitor activities and completion of goals
You will be responsible to coordinates staff recruitment process by providing advice and support to Management and staff selection committees and ensures that they have accurate and timely information in order to make effective decisions.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource, Human Sciences or related disciplines.
Candidates with minimum >5 years of working experience in handling a full spectrum of Human Resource matter and able to lead junior staff in a team.
Must have effective communication skill including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures.
Must be enthusiastic, detailed-minded, highly discipline at work and can work independently.
Must be a team player and consensus builder.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Quick Pay and ERP applications.
Applicants must be willing to work in SS13, Subang Jaya, Selangor.
