Turn potential leads into customers and provide training and support to customers.
- Product demo and presentations
- Software setup, implementation and customer training
- Customer support in daily activities. Provide system application support to customer, perform troubleshooting and escalate or resolve customer issues.
- Preference for candidate to possess Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent.
-Must possess at least STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U/ SPM in -Accounting/ LCCI Certificate or equivalent
-Required skills: Knowledge of accounting data entry, accounting double entry, basic book keeping
-Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. MSOffice, Google, CRM software)
-A fast learner that can understand about products and services quickly
-A person who is comfortable in carrying out product presentations both online and offline
-Able to speak English (compulsory) and also other languages (Malay, Chinese) well
-Presentable and has excellent interpersonal skills
-Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
-Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
