- Drive the overall social media activities:
- Social Media Marketing brand awareness and also collecting and analysis on consumers data.
- Drive social media campaigns to improve customer acquisition engagement rate, brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Social media content idea and direction setup to attract relevant traffic and returning customer to gain conversion rate
- Build a variety of organic social media strategies and campaigns from conception to ongoing execution.
- Overall manage E-commerce activities :
Analyze the ecommerce posting daily performance and review in order to drive consistent, relevant traffic from the advertising presense to the marketplace.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust digital marketing campaigns accordingly
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Develop budgets and monitor the finances for marketing projects.
- Monitor and measure performance of all marketing campaigns for all brands, and access against goals (ROI & KPI)
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics - Execute any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior
-At least 3 years in FMCG/retail industries
