Experience in supporting Agile Scaled delivery and DevOps development, automation, integration, testing and implementation ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers.
Subject Matter Expertise of online and mobile channels, including technical, market place and customer considerations.
Should be able to Speak, Write & Read- Mandarin or Chinese.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required with a major in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business or Financial Engineering preferred.
An advanced degree is desirable.
5 – 15 years of relevant financial services industry experience.
Background in one or more of the following areas (Capital Markets, Retail/Commercial Banking, eBanking/Electronic Payments, Risk, Compliance or Capital Markets).
Consulting Skills and Experience:
Solid Business Analyst skills, including experience interviewing client executives to gather and document business requirements and process mapping.
Strong experience extensive experience writing successful project proposals, experience planning and documenting technology requirements, requirement analysis tools/ methodologies (e.g. RUP, UML).
Strong presentation skills, executing related projects.
Demonstrate project management skills and experience.
