i. Build sustainable relationship of trust with customer through interactive communications.
ii. Responsible to attend customer inquiries, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives.
iii. Resolving and updating all customer feedback/product in the outlet to Store Manager & management following up to ensure resolutions.
iv. Assist with product inquires, refunds and exchange.
v. Maintain good hygiene, proper grooming and pleasant decorum throughout the day.
vi. Work together with other operational staffs to ensure customers receive efficient and courteous service.
vii. Understand well about store layout to assist customers, e.g. Product placement.
viii. Promote the selected products according to outlets promotions and festive season.
ix. Engage with customers to discover their wants and needs, provide advice or recommendation, directing them to the right product.
x. Assist in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
1. 5 to 10 years working experience in grocery retailer.
2. Good communication skills. Advantage for Mandarin speaker
3. Minimum STPM/DIploma holder.
4. Capable to remain calm and be professional in handling customers.
