Servicing existing clients and maintain good relationship with them by providing excellent service.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customers' needs and requirements.
Monitor and analyze customers' usage of products.
Coordinate with internal teams including logistics team to ensure smooth process and delivery of excellent service.
Assist in growing and developing new market segments or product range.
Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience.
Those with business development in manufacturing/OEM development will have an advantage.
Excellent follow-up and organization skills.
Possess own transport and occasional overseas business traveling.
