Office Administrative jobs eg. typing with computer and also typewriter, answering phone calls, accepting documents from third parties/clients, going to post office and bank (within walking distance); conveyancing and banking documents (e.g. preparing conveyancing and banking documents with some guide or templates), calling authorities to check on updated regulatory matters and all other clerical and administrative jobs required by partners of the firm.
SPM holder with commitment to learn and work. Experience in a legal firm will be an advantage but not mandatory. Able to work Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5.30pm. Willing to learn new matters and able to take instructions and communicate with others in English and Malay. Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage but not mandatory. Able to answer phone calls and take messages accurately and able to communicate instructions to runners, clients and third parties accurately. Able to treat all information acquired in the course of work as confidential and not to disclose to others.
