To carry out sales planning activities (shipment/delivery schedule) to meet client’s need.
To establish contact and develop client relationship and carry out sales planning activities and to determine opportunities to increase and expand businesses with clients
Work as a Team with other departments (Purchasing and Planning, Production, RND/QA, Logistics, Shipping and Finance Dept.) to support export shipment and local delivery.
To ensure full and complete execution of sales contract relating to export shipments and local delivery.
To provide feedback to clients promptly on shipping schedule
To provide sales support to the clients
To pay a visit to client (local / export) once a while for necessary assistant.
Follow up on collections
To carry out any other additional assignments given by top management from time to time.
This is a Sales role where it is very much about building relationship and to maintain all renewal/existing client accounts.
Must possess excellent communication skill and able to build profitable relationship with client.
Experience in client service, maintaining relationship with client and managing client account is essential.

A team player, highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within a less time frame.
