Work and communicate with partners and clients in Malaysia and Mainland China
Provide high level of support and service for clients and sales department
Daily phone calls, emails, and chats to provide client support and encourage sales
Perform customer service functions and correspond with clients
Establish relationships and build rapport with company partners
Interpersonal and customer service skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Degree holder in any discipline. Accounting / Banking / Customer Service industry is an advantage
Experienced with back-office software and CRM is a plus. Hubspot experience preferred.
PC knowledge, MS Office and word-processing
Able to handle multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
Independent, proactive, responsible, attention to details, customer-oriented
Shift duty may be required
