Will focus on client prospecting, hunting, customer
acquisition, sales support.
Networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up through emails and phone calls, product demonstrations & execution of service agreements.
Developing new business, generate and negotiate new
income for organization to an agreed annual target.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
Grow, develop and manage client relationships.
Develop, acquire and retain customers via all sorts of
communication means such as calls, emails, notifications and social media.
Research & manage accounts, identify key players &
decision makers, generate interest, obtain business
requirements and provide possible solutions.
Provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
Pursue and be updated on the knowledge about key
competitors to ensure that our value proposition is
effectively communicated to customers
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by
applying an understanding of the unique requirements of your customers
Required Candidate profile:
Any Graduate in Any Specialization, preferably BA in
business administration or relevant field.
2-3 years of experience in IT sales preferably having
previous experience in B2B Sales
and have proven track record in achieving sales target.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Resourceful and curious individual with a sharp intellect and the ability to pick things up quickly
Energetic, upbeat, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid
negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
Experience of a busy, high pressure working environment is an advantage as the role demands the ability to handle multiple workloads with key task identification and prioritisation essential.
