Plan, lead, execute & monitor the effectiveness of sales strategy and promotion plan to support the expansion of company product & services in assigned areas/territories
Work closely with distributors & managing dealers portfolio in the respective areas/territories
Aggressively build and drive the growth of the company’s dealers in the respective areas/territories
To drive the sales team to meet designated area/territory sales performance in meeting department prepaid & postpaid sales target
To proactively manage inter-department requirements and communication in order to meet sales objectives as well as optimizing support resources.
Education: SPM onwards
6 years and above of sales experience in telco line or mobile related environment, FMCG line and tobacco line.
3 years of experience in sales team management.
Language: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu
Aggressive and target driven person
Sales driven with good track record
Possess own transport with a valid driving license
Willing to travel
