Handling all administration aspects (e.g. offer letters, conducting induction briefing/ new hire on-boarding)
Prepare and update organization charts
Coordinate and monitor staff performance appraisals
Involve in payroll and administration
Maintenance of important personnel data and files and participate in other admin projects or initiatives from time to time.
Fresh grad are welcome and encouraged to apply
Ability to be organized, resourceful and able to handle work under pressure.
Must posses minimum SPM holder
Literacy in MS Word and MS Excel
Good communication/writing skills in Bahasa and English
