Providing first-tier high quality 24x7 technical support to customers that uses client's blockchain systems and related finance solutions.
Answering and troubleshooting tech issues, including applications and infrastructure of the system.
Monitor and maintain system availability and security.
Assist customers on pilot runs of clients solutions.
Participate in developing new features and enhancements to existing blockchain applications.
2+ years of experience in IT technical support / Administration / system maintenance / system support application program, experienced in MNC is a plus.
Computer basic - Linux , scripting on Linux will be highly preferable.
Systems - Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira service desk, Cloud: azure, AWS, GCP.
Bachelors Degree in computer science, information systems or relevant disciplines.
Good communication in English with spoken Mandarin will be an advantage.
Able to work under pressure.

Able to work shift, have own transportation and location of work is in Penang island.
