Provide efficient and excellent customer service support in crypto trading via live chat or email;
Be familiar with company's trading platform and be up-to-date on general market conditions;
Diligently and effectively manage and follow up the enquiries/complaints of the current/prospective client;
Understand customers' needs and convey constructive feedbacks to management;
Continuously seek improvement to enhance the team's performance and work efficiency;
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE:
1. Diploma and above in any discipline;
2. Proficient in Mandarin & English( added point) in communication and writing in order to liaise with the multinational-speaking client;
3. A great passion to develop knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading;
4. Team player, who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to a client's request for assistance
5. Able to perform 5 days' shift work including weekends & public holiday ( 8am-5pm; 3pm-12am; 12am-9am) and work independently on shift.
