Handle full spectrum of HR function
Independently managing the office in Malaysia
Bridge between the management and employee relations by addressing demands, complaints or other issues.
Responsible for recruitment functions, on-boarding, conduct orientation for new hires, process work pass applications
Act as trusted HR business partner, trusted adviser and coach to the functional/ line managers and stakeholders to provide input to business and operational plan to achieve business goals and objectives.
Other Admin duties such as: attendance, staff leaves, office supplies, plan and assist the coordination of events, reimbursement, payroll, and etc..
Degree preferably with 5 years relevant experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A collaborative team player and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
